Location

Plot 7, Industrial SME, Alaro City, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. Inside the Lagos Free Zone — one of Nigeria's most commercially active special economic zones.

Port Linkage

Connected to Lekki Deep Sea Port via a Customs-approved Green Channel. Cargo moves from port to zone under controlled conditions — no open-road transit risk, no informal checkpoints.

Zone Status

NEPZA-registered free zone enterprise (Reg. No. 0123). Goods can be imported into the Free Zone free of customs duty for approved activities. When goods move from the Free Zone into Nigeria's customs territory, they become subject to the normal customs rules and duty process. The zone system is designed to be simpler and more supported than standard import clearance.

Storage Environment

Dry, secure, ambient-temperature storage. Suitable for beauty products, personal care, packaged consumer goods, packaging materials, labels, and specialty ingredients. Not cold chain.

Security

24/7 security within the Alaro City zone perimeter. Controlled access to facility. Inventory tracked and reported weekly.

Capacity

Configured for pallet and carton storage. Suitable for pilot volumes (single container) through to ongoing replenishment programmes. Talk to us about your specific volume requirements.
